Ajay Manchanda – Expert in Theatre-in-Education and Personality Development Ajay Manchanda is a distinguished theatre professional with over three decades of experience as a designer, director, and educator specializing in Theatre-in-Education (TIE). He has directed more than 160 professional productions and conducted over 1,000 performances, blending creativity with education to inspire young minds and foster personality development, where he has been actively involved since 1992. He is also actively involved with the National School of Drama (NSD), where he has been a key figure in their TIE programs since 1992, designing workshops and curating festivals like Jashan-e-Bachpan and Bal Sangam. He has also been instrumental in shaping workshops for children and young adults across India and internationally, including working with students in the United States. His innovative programs, such as the certificate course "Effective Communication and Personality/Self Development Through Theatre," have been transformative, running successfully in Delhi University colleges since 2007. He has served as a jury member and panelist for various national and international festivals and government initiatives, demonstrating his expertise in theatre as a medium for holistic growth.
