Real ideas.
Real audience.
Real impact.
A 6-week guided program where students research a real problem, develop a solution, and present it to a live audience.
Trusted by families and educators seeking meaningful academic enrichment.

What ICSI Is
Structure for students who want to do meaningful work.
Students either build a new initiative through a proven framework, or refine an existing project and present it at a higher level. This isn't about doing more — it's about building with direction. Unlike a science fair or career fair, ICSI focuses on creating real impact, guiding students to explore, develop, and communicate their ideas thoughtfully.
The Problem
High-achieving students are busy. Few are clear.
Strong grades, strong activities, strong ambition, but without direction, everything feels fragmented. ICSI helps students connect their ideas into a coherent narrative and real impact.
How It Works
