Garima Rai is a renowned education consultant, research mentor, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in adaptive learning, personalized education, and college admissions consulting. As the Founder & CEO of onlinechalk, she has helped thousands of students gain admission into top-tier universities, including the Ivy League, through tailored college counseling, SAT prep, and mentorship programs.
Garima’s passion for bridging the gap between traditional education and real-world skills led her to establish the ICSI Summit, a global platform where students can engage in cutting-edge research, innovation, and entrepreneurship under expert mentorship. She is dedicated to empowering students from diverse backgrounds, particularly immigrant families, by making premium educational resources accessible to all.

Dr. Vijay Walia, PhD, MBA, is a renowned expert in medical diagnostics, with over 25 years of experience advancing healthcare technologies. Beyond his professional contributions, Vijay is deeply committed to mentoring young professionals and students, particularly in the Haryanvi community. Sanika Devare – Bioengineering Sophomore Student | University of Maryland | Women in Engineering Mentor, President, ICSI Summit
Sanika Devare is a sophomore Bioengineering student at the University of Maryland and a dedicated mentor for the Women in Engineering Program. An award-winning STEM leader, Sanika’s journey began early, earning recognition from Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab and the Girl Scouts Gold Award. She has actively contributed to robotics, music, and leadership initiatives, demonstrating a well-rounded passion for STEM and innovation. As a STEM Initiatives Development Intern at onlinechalk, she organizes events to inspire young learners. With aspirations in prosthetics and tissue engineering, Sanika is committed to bridging science and healthcare to improve lives.
